Performance Coach (or ADHD Coach) or Academic Tutor

Our clinic is looking for a part-time performance coach or academic tutor to provide educational assistance for children and adolescents after school hours and on weekends. The applicant should have a background in teaching and preferably, have a special education certification. Minimum qualifications: teaching degree with at least 3 years of direct experience teaching and/or tutoring students with ADHD, learning disabilities, and/or autism spectrum disorder. Coaches are expected to work in person at our office unless otherwise agreed upon. We will provide office space. The clinic will also provide some referrals as well as administrative support. Licensed Psychologist / Autism Evaluations

Our clinic is looking for a part-time (approximately 20 to 30-hours per week, year-round) psychologist to conduct autism evaluations for young children (toddler and preschool age).  The applicant must have a valid license to practice psychology independently in Michigan (LP).  Duties and responsibilities will involve administering and scoring psychological tests and/or forms in various formats, including paper and pencil and computer-based assessments, while respecting standardization procedures. Duties will also involve conducting interviews and feedback sessions. The candidate must have experience with the ADI-R and ADOS. Minimum qualifications: doctoral degree in psychology, with at least 3 years of direct experience in administering and scoring psychological tests (including the ADOS). Psychometrist Position

Our clinic is looking for a part-time psychometrist (approximately 20- to 30-hours per week, year-round) to conduct neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. The applicant should have a strong knowledge of how to administer and score standardized tests according to defined procedures, under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. Duties and responsibilities will involve administering and scoring psychological tests and/or forms in various formats, including paper and pencil and computer-based assessments, while respecting standardization procedures. Minimum qualifications: master’s degree in psychology or related field, with at least 5 years of direct experience in administering and scoring psychological tests under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. The applicant should have a valid license to practice psychology in Michigan (LLP) under the supervision of a fully licensed psychologist. Fully Licensed Psychotherapist

At Oakland Neuropsychology Center, we are a mental health practice dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and families thrive. We offer neuropsychological evaluations for children, teens, adults, and older adults. Our team values collaboration, compassion, and clinical excellence. We’re currently seeking a warm, skilled, and dynamic licensed psychotherapist to join our growing team. We have part-time office availability (All day: Monday, Thursday, Friday; Evenings: all weekdays, and weekends).

We are looking for a fully licensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD) with a deep understanding of the unique developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges children and families face. The candidate should be especially adept at helping parents build strong, supportive relationships with their children, using evidence-based approaches to address ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), mood disorders, and disruptive behavior disorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and their families
  • Deliver structured, evidence-based parent training interventions
  • Collaborate with schools, pediatricians, and other care providers as needed
  • Create individualized treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation
  • Participate in team case consultations and optional professional development

Required Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted clinical license in Michigan
  • Minimum 3 years post-licensure clinical experience with children and families
  • Specialized training or strong experience in:
    • Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), PMT, or other parent-focused models
    • ADHD and executive function coaching/intervention
    • ODD and behavior modification strategies

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with trauma-informed care
  • Multicultural competence and experience with diverse family systems
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
